Ecommerce Operations Associate

· Oversee and drive our online presence across multiple e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and more as they are added.

· Responsible for the day-to-day operations of an online store, including logistics, inventory levels to maintain optimal stock and fulfillment efficiency.

· Create, edit, and optimize new product listings to maximize visibility and engagement.

· Conduct regular audits to improve product rankings and customer reach through keywords, descriptions, and visuals.

· Track and manage daily orders, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and fulfillment.

· Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or order issues with a customer-first approach.

· Maintain an organized database of customer orders and feedback to enable data-driven decision-making.

· Monitor and analyze customer reviews, leveraging insights to enhance product offerings and service quality.

· Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and coordinate with warehouse/fulfillment teams to minimize delays.

· Develop engaging product videos and creative content for Ecommerce platforms.

· Oversee packaging for online orders, ensuring all items meet quality standards and are securely packed for transit.

· Implement best practices to enhance packaging efficiency, reduce waste, and improve the customer unboxing experience.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
