Your Role

As the E-commerce Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading initiatives that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Projects: Collaborate with a team of creative and technical experts to execute on projects that grow revenue.
  • Warehouse & Inventory Setup: Build and implement a warehouse and inventory system that reduces COGs, speeds up fulfillment, and prevents stockouts.
  • Assist Product Expansion & Development: Partner with sourcing and design teams to identify opportunities, launch new product lines, and improve existing collections.
  • Onboard AI Tools: Research, test, and roll out new AI tools that improve team efficiency, streamline workflows, and unlock creative leverage.
  • Set Up Events: Plan and execute brand activations, trade shows, and customer-facing events to grow awareness and sales opportunities.
  • Showroom Buildout: Lead the setup of our flagship showroom in Miami’s Design District, ensuring it aligns with brand vision and delivers a world-class experience.
  • Sales Automation: Design and implement CRM systems, automations, and funnels that drive inbound and B2B sales growth.
  • Expand Sales Channels: Build and scale our presence on digital platforms and marketplaces to diversify revenue streams.
  • Oversee SEO & Content Strategy: Ensure all web content, campaigns, and product pages are optimized for organic visibility and aligned with customer intent.
  • Drive Conversion Optimization (CRO): Partner with developers to run A/B tests, improve UX, and boost conversion rates.
  • Lead Digital Marketing Strategy: Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) to maximize ROAS.
  • Campaign Launches: Coordinate cross-functional teams to roll out promotional campaigns, seasonal collections, and new product initiatives.
  • Analyze & Optimize: Track performance metrics (CTR, AOV, LTV, ROAS) and translate insights into actionable strategies.

What We Look For

  • Experience: 3+ years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and tools
  • SEO: Ability to optimize content and technical elements for organic.
  • Paid Advertising: Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms.
  • 3rd Party Marketplaces: Success in optimizing listings and managing sales on platforms like Amazon, Wayfair, and Etsy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
