Marketing Manager – Aesthetics & Luxury Brand Growth

Overview
We are seeking a bold, innovative, and data-driven Marketing Manager to join the leadership team of our multi-physician aesthetic practice. This is a pivotal role as we prepare to rebrand and relaunch under a new national-scale identity.

This is not a “safe” marketing job — we’re looking for someone avant-garde, plugged into emerging trends, and fearless in using AI, digital platforms, and bold creative to make our practice the most recognized name in aesthetics.

The Marketing Manager will serve as the strategic hub of our marketing ecosystem: setting vision, leading rebrand efforts, managing our in-house team, coordinating consultants and agencies, and ensuring that every dollar spent delivers measurable ROI. This is a hands-on, data-heavy position that blends creative direction with financial discipline.

Hybrid work flexibility is possible, but this is a full-time leadership role requiring on-site presence in Miami for close collaboration with our executive team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full rebrand of our practice, from naming and identity to launch campaigns, ensuring scalability and national impact.
  • Serve as a member of the leadership team, contributing to high-level strategic planning and practice growth.
  • Own and execute the marketing strategy, developing integrated campaigns across digital, print, influencer, and PR channels.
  • Coordinate consultants and agencies (SEO, Google Ads, influencers, PR) to ensure unified direction and measurable ROI.
  • Develop and present monthly marketing budgets with clear performance dashboards tied to ROI and patient acquisition cost.
  • Work closely with our CRM to track lead sources, optimize funnels, and maximize efficiency of marketing spend.
  • Stay ahead of trends, bringing cutting-edge strategies in social media, AI-driven content, and influencer partnerships.
  • Oversee creative content direction, ensuring an edgy, luxury brand aesthetic.
  • Report directly to ownership/leadership, providing strategic insights, growth projections, and budget recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years in executive-level marketing management within aesthetics, luxury, or high-growth consumer industries.
  • Proven track record of successful campaigns, rebrands, or market expansions.
  • Strong background in performance marketing, analytics, and CRM-driven ROI optimization.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, AdWords, CRM systems, marketing automation, and performance dashboards.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage six- to seven-figure marketing budgets and make data-driven allocation decisions.
  • Creative edge — experience leading edgy, trend-setting campaigns across social media, influencer networks, and digital channels.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of aligning internal teams and external vendors.
