Marketing Director

We are a South Florida restoration and HVAC company specializing in mold remediation, water damage, tarping, and duct cleaning. We’re seeking a Marketing Director with experience in the restoration or home services industry to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a marketing strategy tailored to our company's restoration and HVAC services.
• Manage digital lead generation through platforms like Google Ads, Angi Leads, Thumbtack, HomeAdvisor, Yelp Ads, and Facebook Ads.
• Identify and negotiate lead opportunities on industry-specific platforms
• Strengthen referral relationships with property managers, attorneys, and public adjusters through outreach, presentations, and events.
• Oversee our online reputation management(Google reviews, Yelp, Angi, BBB, etc.).
• Optimize our website for SEO to capture local homeowners and businesses searching for restoration/HVAC services.
• Develop promotional campaigns, seasonal specials, and email/text campaigns for customer retention.
• Represent our company at networking events, community expos, and trade shows.
• Track ROI on campaigns, lead costs, and conversion metrics to continuously refine marketing spend.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in the restoration, remediation, or home services industry required.
• 5+ years of proven success in marketing leadership.
• Hands-on knowledge of platforms like Google Ads, Angi, Thumbtack, HomeAdvisor, Yelp, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Mailchimp/Constant Contact.
• Strong networker — able to build relationships with referral partners (PAs, attorneys, realtors, property managers).
• Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to balance data-driven decision making.
• Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced small business environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
