Ecommerce Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Ecommerce Specialist to manage and optimize our Amazon and eBay stores. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with product listings, SEO optimization, campaign management, and order processing. You will play a key role in driving sales, improving product visibility, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our online stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Amazon and eBay, including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and pricing.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage inventory updates, pricing adjustments, and promotions.
• Monitor and analyze store performance, including sales, conversions, and rankings.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and feedback to ensure excellent service.
• Run and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns and eBay promotions.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon and eBay policies to maintain account health.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales performance and growth opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
