Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Execute business and brand-level eCommerce rollouts and optimizations across staging and production environments.

Optimize product presence including new item setup, item maintenance, rich content input, and content health assessments.

Manage merchandising, pricing, promotions, and sales analysis to support growth.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to activate catalogs, grow accounts, and ensure team alignment.

Identify and implement opportunities to improve the customer shopping journey, aiming to increase site conversion rates and repeat visits.

Maintain timely and relevant site content updates across homepage and category pages to support sales goals.

Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reports with actionable insights on product and sales performance.

Conduct workshops to educate stakeholders on platform features and functionality.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful launches of new webstores.

Implement ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting for webstores, including ticket submission, testing, and regression testing across environments.
Requirements For Consideration
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or merchandising; experience in manufacturing preferred.

Proficiency with SAP Commerce Cloud and BigCommerce platforms is a strong plus.

Advanced Excel skills and ability to manage large volumes of product data.

Experience in e-commerce analytics with the ability to interpret and apply data-driven decisions.

Proven ability to track, manage, and enhance the online customer experience.

In-depth knowledge of GA4 and SEO best practices.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with project management capabilities.

High attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency to deliver results.

Flexibility to support teams across multiple time zones.

Strong problem-solving skills.
