NJFC operates three production facilities: Northwest Packing in Vancouver, WA.; San Benito Foods, in Hollister, CA; and Toma-Tek in Firebaugh, CA.


We are looking for an EDI Analyst - Integrator to design, develop, test, and the maintenance of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions to support seamless data exchange between our organization and external trading partners. This role leads. This role will be responsible for leading our EDI initiative to move to a new EDI provider, ensures the efficient integration of business processes, resolves EDI-related issues, and collaborates closely with internal departments and external vendors to ensure data accuracy and compliance with industry standards at our corporate headquarters in Vancouver, WA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project to move to SPS Commerce. Work with SPS and internal IT team to add new trading partners, including sales brokers and direct customers, and transition existing trading partners from OpenText VAN.
  • Manage, troubleshoot and optimize iTrade Network integration.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements for EDI integrations across departments (e.g., Customer Service, Billing, Supply Chain).
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical EDI specifications.
  • Drive efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives for business processes related to EDI.


Requirements
:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and previous experience in food processing is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an EDI Analyst and experience with managing new integrations.
  • Proficiency in ERP software, such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems; Oracle PeopleSoft preferred.
  • SQL and data modeling experience; project management experience is a plus.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, background check including employment and educational verification, and to work extended schedule during the fresh pack season, typically July to early October.


Compensation:

The salary range is $82,000 - $92,000, based on experience and qualifications.
