What You’ll Do:

• Lead internal and external integration projects to automate business processes
• Configure data mapping for ANSI X12 and XBITS EDI transactions using middleware
• Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions, resolving file-level and data flow issues
• Improve internal data flows by digitizing manual processes between IT systems
• Manage and resolve support tickets using collaboration and tracking tools

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years of experience with EDI or systems integration projects
• Strong skills in diagnosing issues with files, segments, headers, and elements
• Experience with data integration tools and middleware (e.g., Lobster_data)
• Ability to write and troubleshoot SQL queries
• Familiarity with XML, XSLT, JSON, and REST or SOAP web services
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
