Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Editor to lead the editorial strategy and execution for Money Petrol. The ideal candidate will excel in content planning, editorial leadership, and representing the platform in front of the camera and across podcasts. Beyond journalism, the Chief Editor should bring a strong business acumen , with the ability to identify opportunities, shape strategy, and take the platform to the next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the editorial vision, ensuring impactful and engaging content across all channels.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the editorial team including writers, reporters, and producers.
• Host and anchor podcasts, interviews, and on-camera segments with authority and confidence.
• Conduct research and plan content that delivers meaningful discussions and industry insights.
• Build and nurture relationships with business leaders, entrepreneurs, and investors for exclusive coverage.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and video teams to create cohesive multimedia content.
• Drive audience growth by aligning editorial content with broader business objectives.
• Contribute ideas on business development, partnerships, and revenue models to strengthen Money Petrol’s position in the media landscape.
• Stay ahead of trends in business, investment, and media to ensure industry leadership.
