Editorial Strategy & Vision:

  • Lead the overall editorial direction of GRAZIA Middle East across print, digital, video, and social.
  • Develop an engaging, luxury-first editorial calendar aligned with global GRAZIA standards and tailored to the Middle East audience.
  • Ensure content is trend-driven, fashion-forward, and culturally resonant.

Content Creation & Oversight:

  • Oversee ideation, commissioning, and editing of high-quality fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and cultural content.
  • Deliver strong, unique storytelling across all platforms, including social-first formats.
  • Collaborate with stylists, photographers, designers, and creatives on brand-defining shoots and features.

Industry Relationships & Talent Access:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong connections with luxury fashion houses, beauty brands, PR agencies, influencers, and regional KOLs.
  • Secure exclusives, interviews, event access, and content partnerships to elevate GRAZIA s brand authority.
  • Represent GRAZIA Middle East at key industry events and international fashion weeks.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Lead, manage, and inspire a multidisciplinary editorial team including writers, editors, stylists, and digital producers.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial, marketing, and digital teams to support revenue-driving initiatives while maintaining editorial integrity.
  • Foster a creative, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.

Audience & Platform Growth:

  • Work with social and digital leads to analyse performance and inform content strategies.
  • Innovate with new formats to drive audience engagement and expand GRAZIA s reach.
  • Implement SEO, platform-specific, and trend-aware content strategies.

Commercial & Branded Content:

  • Partner with the sales team to ideate and support branded content opportunities that reflect GRAZIA s tone and standards.
  • Contribute editorial direction to brand campaigns, client pitches, and sponsored projects.

Maintain a strong balance between editorial vision and commercial viability. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
