Location: Asia Pacific Trade Center, Opposite to Millennium Mall, Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi

Timings: 8:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday – Friday)

Position Type: Part-Time | Onsite

About the Role:

We are looking for a mid-level E-Book Editor & Proofreader who will be responsible for reviewing, editing, and refining digital content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, strong command of English, and prior experience in editing/proofreading e-books, articles, or digital publications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and proofread e-books to ensure correct grammar, punctuation, spelling, and formatting.
• Enhance content readability, flow, and consistency while maintaining the author’s original tone and intent.
• Check for factual accuracy, coherence, and proper structuring of chapters.
• Format e-books according to publishing guidelines and digital platforms’ requirements.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and publishing team for smooth content delivery.
• Ensure plagiarism-free, polished, and publication-ready e-books.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Literature, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in editing and proofreading, preferably in e-books or digital content.
• Strong grammar, language, and content structuring skills.
• Familiarity with publishing formats (EPUB, MOBI, PDF) will be a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen attention to detail with excellent time management skills.
