• Key Responsibilities
• Deliver and facilitate online training sessions and workshops
• Prepare training materials, presentations, and learning resources
• Support learners through Q&A, feedback, and progress tracking
• Manage LMS platforms and upload course content
• Monitor attendance, assessments, and learner performance
• Coordinate schedules for classes, webinars, and sessions
• Update course materials based on feedback and trends
• Prepare reports on learner engagement and outcomes
• Assist in course development and curriculum planning
• Promote a positive and interactive online learning environment

Skills for Education / Online Training Roles

• Online facilitation and virtual classroom management
• LMS platforms (Moodle, Google Classroom, or similar)
• Presentation and content creation skills (PPT, Canva, video tools)
• Communication and learner engagement skills
• Course planning and curriculum support
• Assessment and progress tracking
• Basic technical troubleshooting for online sessions
• Time management and session coordination
• Reporting and documentation using MS Office / Excel
• Public speaking and confidence in delivery

• Background in Education, Training, or related field
• 1–3+ years of teaching, training, or facilitation experience
• Comfortable conducting sessions online
• Patient, engaging, and supportive communication style
• Organized and tech-comfortable mindset
