Senior Program Director (Engineering Projects)

About the Role:
Threadstone Technologies and Engineering Solutions LLC is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Program Director (Engineering Projects) to lead large-scale engineering programs in Doha, Qatar. This role focuses on overseeing complex project portfolios, ensuring successful execution, and aligning engineering initiatives with business and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Leadership: Oversee multiple engineering projects and ensure successful delivery
• Strategic Planning: Define program objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
• Engineering Oversight: Ensure technical excellence across infrastructure and engineering projects
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with clients, contractors, and executive leadership
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks across program lifecycles
• Team Leadership: Manage project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Senior-level experience in program management, engineering, or infrastructure projects
• Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management expertise
• Education: Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in large-scale engineering or construction programs
• Leadership: Ability to manage multi-project portfolios and large teams
