Education Sales Executive

Job Type: Full-Time

The Education Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting SAP Training Programs, managing potential leads, and converting inquiries into enrollments. The role involves effective communication with prospective students and professionals, understanding their learning goals, and guiding them toward suitable SAP education pathways. The position directly contributes to the organization’s revenue growth through strategic follow-ups and strong client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming leads generated through social media campaigns and other marketing sources.
  • Contact potential students via phone, email, or WhatsApp to provide details about SAP training programs.
  • Conduct one-to-one career counseling sessions and assist candidates in selecting the right course.
  • Follow up with prospects to ensure successful conversions and timely enrollments.
  • Maintain an updated database of leads, follow-ups, and enrollment records in CRM.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance campaign effectiveness and improve lead quality.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/enrollment targets.
  • Provide regular feedback and market insights to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or education counseling (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work under targets and handle multiple leads efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
