Education Technology Director

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Education Technology Director to lead the integration of technology into learning environments and drive digital education initiatives. This role is responsible for managing edtech systems, supporting educators, and enhancing learning outcomes through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement education technology strategy and digital learning initiatives
• Oversee learning management systems (LMS), platforms, and digital tools
• Support educators and staff in adopting and using technology effectively
• Ensure reliability, security, and performance of educational systems
• Manage edtech projects, budgets, and vendor relationships
• Monitor system usage and evaluate impact on learning outcomes
• Collaborate with academic and IT teams to improve digital learning experiences
• Stay updated on emerging trends in education technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, IT, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in education technology, IT, or academic leadership
• Strong knowledge of LMS platforms and digital learning tools
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and projects
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR35,000.00 per month
