Role Overview

We are seeking an IT Operations Director to lead and oversee our IT operations in Al Rayyan. This role requires a strategic leader with strong technical expertise, proven management experience, and the ability to ensure operational excellence across IT systems, networks, and support services. You will be responsible for driving efficiency, security, and innovation in IT operations while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT operations teams, ensuring effective workflows and service delivery.
• Oversee infrastructure, network, and system performance to guarantee reliability and security.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align IT operations with organizational goals.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of emerging technologies.
• Prepare performance reports and present to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT operations experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Experience with ITIL frameworks and service management practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: Up to QAR32,000.00 per month
