We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable EHS Head based out of Zirakpur who is passionate about safety, compliance, and hands-on training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct EHS training sessions for clients across various industries (manufacturing, construction, logistics, etc.).
• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, mock drills, fire safety training, first aid, chemical safety, etc.
• Develop and customize training content as per client requirements and local regulations.
• Travel to client sites PAN India to conduct on-site training and audits.
• Maintain training records, feedback, and improvement plans.
• Assist clients with compliance-based documentation and EHS systems, when required.
• Stay updated on current EHS legislation, best practices, and training methodologies.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in EHS training or similar safety roles.
• Must be willing to travel extensively across India.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills in English, Hindi (Other Language is a plus)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
