Job Title: EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) Supervisor

Location: Lahore (Preferred)
Department: Projects / Operations
Reporting To: EHS Manager / Project Manager

Job Purpose

The EHS Supervisor ensures effective implementation of Environment, Health, and Safety practices at project sites, with a focus on compliance, prevention, and building a strong safety culture. The role requires close monitoring of daily site operations, training of field staff, and enforcement of safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and statutory requirements across sites.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Manage and enforce the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system on all relevant activities.
• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing training sessions to site teams.
• Ensure strict compliance with electrical safety protocols (LOTO, Arc Flash, etc.).
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and ensure corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain up-to-date EHS records, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Promote a safety-first mindset and provide guidance to workers, supervisors, and contractors.
• Liaise with authorities and internal stakeholders during audits, inspections, and compliance checks.

Mandatory Requirements

• Lahore-based candidate (preferred).
• Verifiable NEBOSH Certificate (International or National General Certificate).
• 2–3 years of site-based EHS experience, preferably in solar or power generation projects.
• Hands-on experience in:
• Managing a Permit-to-Work (PTW) system.
• Delivering safety training and toolbox talks to field teams.
• Applying electrical safety protocols (LOTO, Arc Flash, etc.).

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of local EHS regulations and international safety standards.
• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to proactively identify risks and implement preventive measures.
• Strong reporting and documentation ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with EHS tools/software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
