Electric or Hybrid Vehicles Electrician

We are looking for a skilled and experienced EV Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position for professionals who are passionate about electric vehicle technology, diagnostics, and repair—especially in luxury and high-end EV brands.

Role & Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain electric vehicle systems
• Perform high-voltage battery diagnostics and repairs
• Handle EV-specific electrical components, wiring, controllers, and charging systems
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot EV-related issues using advanced diagnostic tools
• Ensure all EV systems operate safely and efficiently
• Work closely with the team to ensure high service quality

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of EV technology and high-voltage systems
• Experience in diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of electric vehicles
• Expertise in troubleshooting EV electrical/electronic systems
• Understanding of battery pack structure, BMS, inverters, converters, and charging systems
• Ability to follow safety protocols for high-voltage operations
• Attention to detail, precision, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Experience with Tesla, BYD, BMW i-Series, Mercedes EQ, Audi e-tron, or other luxury EVs is a big plus
• Relevant certifications in EV Technology or Electrical Engineering are preferred
