1. Collaborate with sales to understand customer needs and propose tailored technical solutions.

2. Provide detailed product information and help customers with compatibility and implementation details.

3. Ability to analyze customer challenges and design effective technical solutions.

4. Determine system requirements by performing engineering calculations for power distribution, load calculations, and protective device coordination.

5. Work with vendors to ensure that equipment specifications, such as transformers, generators, switchgear, and motor control centers, align with project requirements and industry standards.

6. Able to review and approves technical drawings, SLD and layout.

7. Design and implement HMI systems for operator control and monitoring.

8. Ensure the microgrid panel design is correct and complete it before installation.

9. Conduct site assessment for optimal placement of the panel and proper ventilation.
