Electrical Engineer

Job Purpose:

Ro design, supervise, and manage all electrical works for the Logistics City project, including warehouses, residential buildings, and supporting facilities, ensuring compliance with approved standards, electrical codes, and authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and review electrical systems for warehouses, residential buildings, and infrastructure facilities.
• Prepare electrical designs for Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) systems.
• Design internal and external lighting systems using specialized software.
• Prepare electrical load calculations and power demand schedules.
• Supervise electrical works on-site and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (Architectural, Civil, Mechanical).
• Review and approve shop drawings and electrical layouts.
• Coordinate with the electricity authority and service providers for design approvals and connections.
• Review and approve electrical materials, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes and safety standards (IEC, NEC, SBC).
• Participate in testing, commissioning, and final handover of electrical systems.
• Prepare technical reports and progress updates for project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics cities, industrial, warehouse projects.
• Good knowledge of warehouse electrical systems and high-load facilities.

Technical Experience

• Design of:
• Low Voltage & Medium Voltage systems
• Internal and external lighting systems
• Low Current Systems (Fire Alarm, CCTV, Data, Access Control)
• Electrical load calculations and coordination with electricity authorities.
• Electrical material approvals and technical submittals.

Software Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit MEP
• Dialux / Dialux EVO
• ETAP or equivalent (preferred)

Other Details

• Salary is up to 12K.
• Nationality: Any Arab nationality.
• Arab candidate outside KSA can be an option with previous experience in KSA.
