Electrical Engineer – Marine Switchboard (Panel Production)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare GA layouts, busbar/wiring plans, and terminal schedules

• Supervise panel production and ensure IEC & marine standards compliance

• Build and test panels as per IEC 61439 / IEC 60092

• Prepare class approval documents (DNV, ABS, BV, RINA)

• Support FAT/SAT, testing, and commissioning

• Added advantage: BOM estimation, cost comparison, value engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering

• 2–4 years’ experience in marine switchboard panel building

• Strong knowledge of IEC standards and marine class rules

• Hands-on experience with LV switchgear

• Added advantage: EPLAN/AutoCAD Electrical and Marine PMS/PPU/PPM exposure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
