The Opportunity

We're seeking an Electrical Engineer for our Istanbul/Ankara office to strengthen our Electrical Team for local and international projects.

As an Electrical Engineer at Arup, you will:

Undertake electrical-based building services designs,

Preparation of technical specifications and schedule of items for electrical systems,

Collects and enters data and applies technical principles and theories under supervision,

Inform regularly his superior about all progresses and problems.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about work on a variety of prestigious projects in Türkiye and overseas. We also value:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from reputable universities,
• MSc in electrical engineering is preferable,
• 5-7 years of design experience,
• Working knowledge of standard office programs (MS Office, CAD, Amtech, Dialux, Relux, Calculux, Ease Address or similar electrical calculation programs/tools.)
• Knowledge and experience on common numerical analysis, algorithmic/graphical modelling/programming and Building Information Modelling (BIM) softwares as a user (e.g., Revit MEP, Vasari, Ecotect, Rhino, Grasshopper), would we advantage.
• Experience on local and major international codes,
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken,
• Self-motivated, eager to learn and to take responsibility on challenging projects,
• No travel restrictions (national & international)
• For male candidates no military service obligation.
