Electrical Foreman

• Supervise and manage electrical technicians, electricians, and helpers on site
• Execute electrical works as per approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements
• Plan daily activities and allocate manpower efficiently to meet project schedules
• Coordinate with Project Engineer, Site Engineer, QA/QC, and other MEP trades
• Ensure installation of conduits, cable trays, trunking, wiring, panels, DBs, lighting, power points, earthing, and lightning protection systems
• Read and interpret electrical shop drawings, single line diagrams (SLD), and schematics
• Ensure work compliance with DEWA / ADDC / SEWA, Civil Defense, and local authority standards
• Conduct material checks and ensure proper usage to avoid wastage
• Raise material requests and coordinate with store and procurement teams
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project QA/QC requirements
• Ensure site safety compliance in line with HSE regulations and company safety policies
• Identify site issues and report technical problems to engineers for resolution
• Assist in testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final handover activities
• Maintain daily work reports, attendance, and productivity records
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and authorities
• Ensure timely completion of works within approved budget and schedule
