Electrical Supervisor / Foreman – Qatar

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Supervisor / Foreman to join our team in Qatar, with solid experience in residential villas under construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage electricians and technicians on site

• Coordinate daily electrical activities and ensure smooth workflow

• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications

• Distribute tasks and follow up on execution quality

• Coordinate with other trades (civil / mechanical) to avoid conflicts

• Ensure safety procedures and quality standards are strictly followed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in villa/residential construction projects

• Strong knowledge of electrical installations (conduits, wiring, DB, etc.)

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Valid driving license is a plus

المهام الرئيسية:

• الإشراف المباشر على العمال والفنيين في الموقع

• تنظيم وتنسيق الأعمال اليومية وضمان سير العمل بكفاءة

• متابعة تنفيذ الأعمال حسب المخططات والمواصفات

• توزيع المهام ومراقبة جودة التنفيذ

• التنسيق مع باقي التخصصات (مدني / ميكانيك) داخل الموقع

• الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة ومعايير الجودة

المتطلبات:

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مشاريع الفلل أو المباني السكنية

• معرفة جيدة بالأعمال الكهربائية (تمديدات، لوحات، إلخ)

• القدرة على قراءة المخططات الكهربائية

• مهارات قيادة وإدارة فريق العمل

• يفضل وجود رخصة قيادة
