Job Overview
The Electrical Incharge will be responsible for planning, execution, supervision, and maintenance of all electrical works at project sites, ensuring safe, cost-effective, and timely delivery in compliance with standards and regulations. Must have knowledge about design/selection of HT/LT equipment,HVAC utility.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems.
•Coordinate with MEP, Safety, and Admin teams for smooth project execution.
•Ensure strict adherence to electrical safety norms, statutory regulations, and quality standards.
•Monitor manpower, material, and equipment utilization for electrical activities.
•Troubleshoot site-level electrical issues and implement preventive measures.
•Maintain daily/weekly progress reports and technical documentation for management review.
•Coordination with project consultant and technical procurement team.
•Selection of items related to project by fixing technical qualifications.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
•Timely Execution – Completion of electrical works as per project schedule.
•Quality – Zero major electrical defects or rework.
•Safety Compliance – Zero safety violations or incidents in electrical activities.
•Cost Efficiency – Electrical works executed within approved budget.
•Regulatory Compliance – 100% adherence to electrical codes and statutory requirements.
•Reporting – Accurate and timely submission of reports/documentation.
Requirements

•Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering.
•5–10 years of experience in handling electrical works for infrastructure/solar projects.
•Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety practices.
•Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•Willingness to travel and manage multiple project sites.
