Maintenance Engineer Requirement :

Qualification : B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical

Experience : 10 to 20 Years

Job Responsibilities of Maintenance Engineer

• Machine Maintenance:
• Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC, VMC, Drilling, and Grinding machines to ensure optimal functionality.
• Maintain and oversee precision tools and equipment critical to precision engineering operations.
• Schedule and execute preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
• Generator Maintenance:
• Ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of generators.
• Conduct periodic inspections, servicing, and necessary repairs to ensure uninterrupted power supply.
• Preventive Maintenance:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment and machinery.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and suggest improvements for efficiency and longevity.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Handle all government-related licenses and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Coordinate inspections and audits to meet legal and safety requirements.
• Coordination and Communication:
• Collaborate with employees across departments to identify maintenance needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide technical support and training to staff to enhance awareness of machine handling and maintenance.
• Inventory and Documentation:
• Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and compliance-related activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
