Electrical & Mechanical Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Ensure timely troubleshooting and repair of machinery to minimize production interruptions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Supervise and lead a team of electrical and mechanical technicians.
• Provide training and development to enhance technical skills and safety awareness.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve machine reliability and efficiency.
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement to avoid downtime.
• Optimize maintenance costs through effective planning and resource allocation.
• Evaluate and approve vendor contracts for maintenance services.
• Drive initiatives to reduce breakdowns and improve equipment performance.
• Support capital projects and equipment upgrades.
• Manage and control the yearly budget for his department.
• Uphold the company's values and promotes technical excellence.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a related field from a reputable university.
• 4-6 years of experience in a related or similar role, preferably in FMCG.
• Good Communication skills.
