Electrical Quantity Surveyor

Experience: 3–5 Years

Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled MEP Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, BOQs, tender analysis, and cost control for MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) on UAE-based projects. Preference will be given to candidates with a strong Electrical and ELV background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for all MEP systems.
• Review tender documents and ensure compliance with UAE standards.
• Manage budgets, variations, and subcontractor evaluations.
• Coordinate with project teams for timely execution and cost control.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 3–5 years of MEP QS experience (Electrical focus preferred).
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software.
• Familiarity with UAE construction practices and FIDIC conditions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
