URGENT HIRING FOR ELECTRICAL SITE ENGINEER- MEP PROJECTS

Educational Qualifications: B.E. (Electrical & Electronics)/ Diploma Electrical

Technical Knowledge:

Presentation Tools : MS Office, MS Project

Packages Known : Auto Cadd, Revit - MEP

Job Responsibilities

•  To monitor, coordinate and supervise Electrical & Instrumentaion site activities and sub-contractors on a day-to-day basis.
•  To supervise the construction in terms of proper method, material reservation and optimum output of labor and give full and extensive instruction to his team.
•  To execute the works according to the latest approved revision of drawings and /or instruction of authorized authorities.
•  Proper Monitoring and Follow up for PTW system, and Subcontractor’s performance and arrangement related to permit requirements/Procedures.
•  To monitor, coordinate and supervise MEP-Electrical site activities and sub contractors on a day-to-day basis.
•  Material take off from contract drawings (Electrical, ELV) for Project budget preparation
•  To supervise the construction in terms of proper method, material reservation and optimum output of labor and give full and extensive instruction to his team.
•  Preparation of shop drawings for Lighting, Power, Fire alarm, and other ELV systems.
•  Preparation & Submission for material approval (MAS) for various construction materials.
•  To execute the works according to the latest approved revision of drawings and /or instruction of authorized authorities
•  To ensure that the construction issue drawings fully reflect the scope of works and requirements of the contract
•  To ensure that any variations and instructions received from the client are
• incorporated into the latest construction issue drawings and auctioned by the construction team
•  To ensure the Operations & Maintenance manuals as well as handover documents are in line with contract specification and requirements
•  Committed to HSE requirements and all applicable legislations and contractual requirements affecting the HSE activities at project site and administrative offices.
•  Preparation & Submission for material approval sheet for various construction materials.
•  Preparation of shop drawings for Lighting, Power, Fire alarm, Fire Fighting and all other ELV systems.
