Electrical Supervisor

Job Description:

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all electrical projects and maintenance activities within the facilities. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage a team of electricians and technicians to ensure all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Minimum requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant certification or degree in electrical engineering or related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
• Only Freelancer will be accepted
• Must be locally available in Qatar
• A holder of a valid Qatar ID
• Can join immediately

Key responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Lead and supervise a team of electricians and technicians.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee electrical projects and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations and project outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on project progress and maintenance activities.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
