Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead and manage electrical maintenance and installation work in our factory. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of all electrical systems and equipment, while supervising technicians and coordinating with other departments to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide electrical technicians and electricians on daily tasks.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of factory electrical systems, including:
• LT/HT panels
• MCC panels
• Distribution boards
• Motors, VFDs, PLC panels
• Generators and UPS systems
• Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure quick restoration of services.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and electrical regulations.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and spare parts.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to avoid production losses.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical equipment.
• Monitor energy usage and support energy-saving initiatives.
• Ensure availability of tools, spares, and consumables.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety training for the electrical team.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
• Minimum 4–7 years of experience in an industrial or factory environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and machinery.
• Experience with control panels, power distribution, and automation systems.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
