ELECTRICIAN

An electrician is a skilled tradesperson responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Key Responsibilities

• Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, circuits, and fixtures in accordance with electrical codes and safety standards.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues, such as power outages, short circuits, and equipment malfunctions using appropriate testing devices.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute electrical installations accurately.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, including the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Collaboration: Work with other tradespeople, contractors, and project managers to coordinate electrical work and ensure integration with other building systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an electrician apprenticeship or technical training program.
• Experience: Proven experience as an electrician, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and components.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using various tools and equipment, including multimeters, voltage testers, and power tools.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces or at heights.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues effectively.

Pay: From QAR2,000.00 per month
