ELECTRICIAN – Facilities Management (FM / MEP) – 6+ Years Experience

Job Summary We are hiring experienced Electricians with strong MEP/FM background to support maintenance operations and ensure safe, reliable, and uninterrupted electrical services. The role involves installation, operation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and electromechanical systems across the facility.

Key Responsibilities Electrical Maintenance & Operations

• Install, operate, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment across the facility.
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure all electrical work complies with applicable standards, regulations, and FM contract requirements.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including:
• LV Panels
• SMDB / MDB / MCC / LCP Panels
• UPS Systems
• Solar Power Systems
• EV Chargers
• Generators

Coordination & Technical Support

• Work closely with MEP Engineers, Supervisors, and Technicians during installation, testing, and maintenance activities.
• Respond promptly to electrical faults, emergencies, and breakdowns.
• Coordinate immediate corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain service continuity.
• Maintain direct communication with suppliers for technical troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate logs, checklists, and service records for all electrical systems.
• Document all maintenance activities, breakdowns, replaced parts, and corrective actions.
• Submit timely updates and reports to the Supervisor.

MEP System Support

• Maintain basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, FA/FF, and BMS systems to ensure:
• Smooth shift handover
• Effective response to emergencies
• Seamless inter‑department coordination

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or relevant field.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in FM / MEP maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for LV systems, UPS, generators, and ELV components.
• Familiar with HSE procedures, lock‑out/tag‑out (LOTO), and FM maintenance workflows.
