Job Title: Electrician (Hotel Experience)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician with hotel industry experience to join our Engineering team. The Electrician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment throughout the hotel to ensure safe and uninterrupted operations. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, the ability to work independently, and prior experience in hospitality facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, lighting systems, power outlets, panels, and control systems within the hotel.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and systems according to the maintenance schedule.
• Maintain and repair generators, emergency lighting systems, circuit breakers, and distribution boards.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with local regulations, safety standards, and hotel policies.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Coordinate with other maintenance team members to complete tasks efficiently.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance work and report major issues to the Chief Engineer or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Ensure safe use of tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Support renovation and upgrade projects when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrician in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Valid electrical certification/license as per local regulations.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
• Good communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Must be locally available for immediate hiring.
