Electrician

Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures
• Inspect electrical components such as transformers, circuit breakers, and motors
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues
• Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and electrical codes
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive inspections
• Respond to electrical emergencies and breakdowns
• Test electrical systems using appropriate tools and equipment
• Collaborate with other maintenance or construction staff when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred)
• Proven experience as an electrician
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures
• Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
• Familiarity with local electrical codes and regulations
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
