Electrician cum Plumber – Interior Design & Fit-Out

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician cum Plumber to join our Interior Design and Fit-Out team in the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical and plumbing systems for residential, commercial, and fit-out projects, ensuring all work complies with UAE regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Works

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, lighting, switches, sockets, DBs, and related systems
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and layout plans
• Perform testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems
• Ensure electrical work complies with UAE electrical codes and safety standards

Plumbing Works

• Install, repair, and maintain water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems
• Fix leaks, blockages, fixtures, valves, pumps, and fittings
• Interpret plumbing drawings and site layouts
• Ensure proper water pressure and system functionality

General Duties

• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other trades
• Ensure work is completed on time and according to project specifications
• Follow company safety policies and UAE HSE regulations
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Report material requirements and site issues to the supervisor

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as Electrician and Plumber in UAE (fit-out/interior projects preferred)
• Diploma / ITI / Trade Certificate in Electrical or Plumbing
• Knowledge of UAE electrical and plumbing standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good understanding of MEP drawings
• Physically fit and able to work on-site
