We are expanding our field operations and are seeking a motivated and reliable Electrician Helper to support our electricians in delivering high-quality service to our customers.

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Electrician Helper to support our field operations and assist electricians with day-to-day electrical work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and learning a skilled trade—and who is interested in long-term growth within the electrical field.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance (both residential and commercial).
• Pull wire, install outlets, switches, lighting and fixtures.
• Help with panel upgrades and troubleshooting jobs.
• Set up and clean job sites before and after work.
• Load/unload and organize tools and materials.
• Follow safety guidelines, lead electrician instructions, and company standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members.

Qualifications

Education

High school diploma or GED (preferred but not required).

Experience

Required:

• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Strong work ethic and punctuality.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in different environments.
• Comfortable working in attics, outdoors, and active job sites.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic knowledge of tools and electrical systems (preferred but not required).

Preferred:

• Previous electrical or construction experience.
• Basic understanding of NEC codes.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• OSHA certification.

• Ability to effectively prioritize work and adapt to shifting schedules in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Problem-solving and anticipatory thinking.
• Comfort learning new platforms and systems quickly.

Location Requirements

Required:

• Must be able to commute to Lakeland, FL (33801).
• Must be willing/able to relocate before starting.
