Job Title: Electronic Data Processing (EDP) Executive

Department: IT / Production Support / EDP

Location: Govindpura Industrial Area, Bhopal (M.P.)

Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable as per experience and skills)

Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Relevant Field

Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of LAN, WAN, and basic networking protocols.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM software (Tally, SAP, or in-house ERP).
• Strong in MS Office (especially Excel for reports).
• Basic understanding of SQL or database systems (preferred).
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

System & IT Support

• Provide first-level support for IT hardware (PCs, printers, barcode scanners).

ERP and Software Support

• Assist in the maintenance and day-to-day operation of ERP systems.
• Support end-users with data entry, report generation, and basic troubleshooting.

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain databases for production, inventory, and quality data.
• Generate MIS reports as required by management

Networking

• Configure and monitor local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
• Manage basic server configurations, IP address allocation, and firewall rules (with support if needed).

Inter-departmental Coordination

• Assist in automating repetitive tasks where possible.
• Maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
• Ensure regular backups and data security protocols.
