Elementary and Middle School Math and English Teachers Wanted - Millcreek( 28$ per hour)

Best Brains Learning Center is seeking part-time teachers with strong Math and English teaching skills to teach students aged between 3 and 14. As a part time teacher, your responsibility is just teaching. No lesson plans to write or homework to grade; All teaching materials are provided. Class sizes are small with a student to teacher ratio of 5:1. We provide consistent hours and competitive pay. This is a year round position and you must be available all of the following days and times:

Responsibilities:

• Instruct students in classes that have up to five students.
• Be comfortable teaching Math and English to children between the ages of 3 and 14.
• Communicate the progress and feedback of students to parents/administrators.
• Attend staff meetings.

Qualifications:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree.
• Love for teaching.
• Must have your own mode of transportation.
• Experience working with diverse student populations.
• Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
• Excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have:

• At least two years of experience teaching Math and English.
• Possess strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and patience.
• Experience in communicating with parents.

Hours:

• Mondays 4:30pm to 7:30pm
• Tuesdays 4:30pm to 7:30pm
• Saturdays 10:00am-1:00pm

Job Type: Part-time.
Part-time hours: 10-15 per week.

Salary: $27.00-$28.00 per hour. Depending on Experience.
