Responsibilities

• Develop engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment.
• Utilize learning technology tools to enhance instruction and facilitate interactive learning experiences.
• Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative evaluations, including standardized testing preparations.
• Provide targeted tutoring and additional support for students requiring extra help in literacy education, math, or special education needs such as working with children with autism or early intervention programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support individual student development and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Engage in ongoing professional development related to early childhood education, Montessori methods, behavior management, and education administration.

Pay: $44,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
