Elevator Sales Engineer

Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a proven background in the elevator and escalator industry to lead and grow our elevator sales function. This strategic leadership role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing high-performing sales teams, and driving sustainable revenue growth. The position requires a strong balance of strategic vision, market expertise, and hands-on execution to ensure the company’s elevator and related solutions achieve strong market positioning.

The Sales Manager will also play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with major stakeholders, including contractors, developers, architects, consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across new construction, modernization, and service markets
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate proposals, bids, and contracts
  • Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and project management teams to ensure accurate pricing and successful project delivery
  • Manage communication with international clients regarding order status, shipping updates, and product inquiries
  • Analyze sales performance data to optimize sales processes and identify opportunities for improvement
