Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, SMATV, Public Address, and other low-voltage solutions.
  • Generate sales leads through market research, networking, client visits, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the engineering team.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales while maintaining profitability.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Follow up on quotations, proposals, and ongoing projects to ensure timely closure.
  • Handle client inquiries professionally and provide technical and commercial support.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing post-sales support issues in coordination with the service team.

3. Coordination and Reporting

  • Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams to ensure smooth project handover.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management review.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM or company systems.
  • Monitor competitors’ products, pricing, and market strategies to support business planning.

4. Market and Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and innovations in ELV systems.
  • Attend product trainings, exhibitions, and vendor events to enhance technical understanding.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding market demand, pricing, and new opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in ELV system sales or related technical field.
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, and Networking Systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • UAE driving license (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
