Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Sales and Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, SMATV, Public Address, and other low-voltage solutions.
- Generate sales leads through market research, networking, client visits, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the engineering team.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales while maintaining profitability.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, and ongoing projects to ensure timely closure.
- Handle client inquiries professionally and provide technical and commercial support.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing post-sales support issues in coordination with the service team.
3. Coordination and Reporting
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management review.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM or company systems.
- Monitor competitors’ products, pricing, and market strategies to support business planning.
4. Market and Product Knowledge
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and innovations in ELV systems.
- Attend product trainings, exhibitions, and vendor events to enhance technical understanding.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market demand, pricing, and new opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in ELV system sales or related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, and Networking Systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- UAE driving license (preferred).
