Job description

Our Company is looking for a candidate with the following criteria

- Only candidates who have worked in IT / ELV vendors preferred for this position must be SIRA Certified

- Candidates with Valid UAE driving license will be given preference.

- Candidates also having sales experience will be given preference

- 2 - 3 years of experience L1 & L2 level troubleshooting, configuration, and support for Desktop, Server, Network & ELV systems that includes Structured Cabling in CAT6 & Fiber Optic, CCTV, WiFi, IP Telephony, Door Access Control, Audio Visual Systems (2 years experience).

- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software & network issues especially remote support services for the said domains.

- Installing, configuring Switches, Firewalls, Access points, CCTV & IP Telephony Systems- Following diagrams, topology, and written instructions to repair the fault or set up a system

- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance

- Motivation to learn new skills and technologies
