About the role

We are hiring an Email and Retention Coordinator and Analyst to support two brands, NOBL and FLO. This is an execution and operations role focused on building and deploying campaigns and flows in Klaviyo and scheduling SMS sends in Postscript using approved creative and copy. You will own QA, tracking hygiene, and reporting, and you will support assigned retention projects like postcards, brochures, and loyalty program flow updates.

You will not be responsible for designing creative or writing copy. You will take final assets and implement them accurately, keep projects moving, and ensure performance data is captured correctly.

What you will do

Email execution in Klaviyo

  • Build and schedule email campaigns in Klaviyo using final creative and copy
  • Build, update, and maintain automated flows in Klaviyo, including triggers, delays, splits, exclusions, and segmentation
  • Implement designs into templates and modules, confirm rendering across devices and inboxes, and troubleshoot basic formatting issues

SMS execution in Postscript

  • Schedule and QA SMS campaigns in Postscript using approved copy and links
  • Ensure segments, suppression, timing, and links are correct before deployment
  • Support basic reporting and performance tracking for SMS

QA and tracking hygiene

  • Run QA for every send using an internal checklist, validating links, UTMs, personalization, discount codes, segmentation, and timing
  • Maintain clean naming conventions and organized folder structure across both brands
  • Ensure data is captured correctly and consistently for reporting

Reporting and analysis

  • Pull campaign and flow performance data from Klaviyo and Postscript and maintain clean Excel or Google Sheets trackers
  • Track A B tests and results, document learnings, and flag performance anomalies
  • Support weekly reporting and performance summaries across NOBL and FLO

Retention projects and program support

  • Own assigned retention projects end to end, keeping timelines, assets, and stakeholders organized
  • Support direct mail coordination such as brochures and postcards, including tracking, list pulls, and reporting support
  • Assist with loyalty program maintenance, including flow changes, QA checks, and ongoing program monitoring
  • Run regular loyalty program health checks and flag issues or opportunities to improve performance

Project management and coordination

  • Manage two content calendars and multiple workstreams at once, ensuring builds and projects stay on schedule
  • Coordinate handoffs with creative, copy, and stakeholders, flagging risks early and communicating status updates clearly

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 plus years of hands on Klaviyo experience, including building campaigns and flows
  • Experience scheduling SMS campaigns in Postscript
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines across two brands
  • Extremely detail oriented with a strong QA mindset
  • Comfortable with data retrieval, exports, and maintaining trackers in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with UTMs, naming conventions, and analytics hygiene

Nice to have

  • Ecommerce lifecycle experience across flows such as welcome, browse abandonment, cart abandonment, post purchase, and winback
  • Experience supporting loyalty programs and retention initiatives
  • Direct mail or PostPilot familiarity is a plus, not required
  • Light HTML knowledge for basic template troubleshooting
