About the Role

We are a growing software house running multiple outbound email campaigns using Smartlead. We are looking for a dedicated Email Marketing & AI Outreach Specialist who can create, manage, and optimize email campaigns, write high-converting cold emails, and craft AI-focused outreach messages for software and IT services.

This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You will be responsible for campaign setup, email copywriting, personalization, and performance optimization.

Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Campaign Management

• Create, manage, and optimize multiple outbound email campaigns (4+ at a time) using Smartlead.
• Upload and manage leads, email accounts, and warm-up settings.
• Monitor campaign health, delivery, open rates, and reply rates.
• Pause, scale, or adjust campaigns based on performance.

Email Copywriting & Content

• Write high-quality cold emails for software services (web, mobile, ERP, AI solutions).
• Create AI-focused outreach emails highlighting automation, AI solutions, and smart software use cases.
• Write subject lines, email bodies, and follow-ups that drive replies.
• Customize email messaging for different industries and buyer personas.

AI & Personalization

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) to generate, refine, and personalize email content.
• Craft AI service pitch emails (AI chatbots, automation, AI-powered software).
• Personalize emails using lead data (industry, role, company, pain points).

Optimization & Reporting

• Analyze campaign performance (open rate, reply rate, bounce rate).
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, email copy, and CTAs.
• Improve deliverability and reduce spam risk.
• Share weekly performance reports and insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of email marketing or cold email outreach experience (software/IT services preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Smartlead (or similar tools like Instantly, Lemlist).
• Strong English writing skills (grammar, tone, persuasion).
• Proven ability to write cold emails that get replies.
• Understanding of B2B software services and AI offerings.
• Basic knowledge of email deliverability and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Experience writing emails for AI services, automation, SaaS, or software houses.
• Familiarity with lead scraping and enrichment tools.
• Understanding of ICPs, buyer personas, and B2B funnels.
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign scaling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
