Role Overview

Functions Global is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in email marketing and lead generation. You’ll be responsible for creating high-impact email campaigns, automating workflows, and nurturing leads to support our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract and qualify potential leads from diverse online and offline sources.
• Plan, craft, and execute high-converting email campaigns targeting different audience segments.
• Send large-scale email campaigns (thousands of emails per day) while maintaining deliverability and compliance.
• Build and manage automated email workflows such as welcome series, follow-ups, and drip campaigns.
• Generate and nurture leads through consistent email communication and client engagement.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain and segment email lists to ensure relevance and personalization.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in email marketing and lead generation.
• Proficiency in email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar).
• Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices and anti-spam compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
• Experience in email automation and segmentation.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Ability to manage large-volume email sends with attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of CRM platforms and integration with email tools.
• Can create or craft email templates that convert.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
