Email Marketer

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Email Marketer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize email marketing to drive customer engagement, retention, and conversion. This role involves strategy development, audience segmentation, content creation, and analyzing campaign performance to improve future email strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

· Knowledge of trends and best practices in social media marketing( mainly LinkedIn, Facebook)

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work independently

· Proven experience as an Email Marketer

· Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, marketing automation tools, and customer data analysis

· Experience in developing personalized marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences

· Proficiency in claygent,inst

· Excellent analytical skills for interpreting data and making data-driven decisions

· Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling email copy

· Familiarity with testing methodologies and performance metrics analysis

· Basic understanding of data privacy and compliance requirements for email marketing.

· Background in ecommerce or B2B marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement email marketing strategies that drive customer retention and loyalty

· Analyze customer data to create personalized marketing campaigns tailored to specific audience segments

· Utilize claygent,inst, test, and optimize email flows

· Optimize customer journeys through targeted messaging and relevant content delivery

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to align email marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

· Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

· Conduct A/B testing on email campaigns to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates

· Ensure a seamless customer experience by maintaining brand consistency and high-quality standards across all email communications

· Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to align email campaigns with brand voice and overall marketing strategy.

· Develop compelling content and design engaging templates that resonate with target audiences.

· Proven experience in email marketing, preferably with experience in platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

· Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email formatting.
