Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Email Marketing & Lead Development Executive to support our lead generation and email marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in identifying potential leads, creating targeted email campaigns, and optimizing outreach strategies to drive engagement and conversions. This role focuses on building quality lead pipelines, nurturing prospects, and improving email campaign performance through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
Lead Development
- Execute lead development strategies to attract, qualify, and nurture potential clients.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify high-value leads using industry tools and platforms.
- Enhance lead funnels and contribute to scoring models to improve targeting and conversion rates.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead development efforts with business goals.
Email Marketing
- Plan, create, and execute targeted email campaigns, including drip sequences, newsletters, and promotional emails.
- Build segmented email lists and craft relevant, personalized content for diverse audience groups.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, layouts, and messaging to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Track and analyze key email metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion rate) and provide actionable recommendations.
Content & Optimization
- Collaborate with the content team to produce compelling email copy and engaging visuals.
- Ensure all emails adhere to brand guidelines and are optimized for both mobile and desktop.
- Maintain proper email list hygiene, monitor deliverability, and ensure compliance with regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, email marketing, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Brevo) and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of lead-generation tools (Apollo, Snov.io, SalesQL, etc.) and analytics.
- Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and creativity in crafting engaging email content.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of best practices in segmentation, A/B testing, and email deliverability.
