Location: Gurgaon – Day Shift

Minimum Education: MBA (Mandatory)
Preferred Background: Candidates who have completed schooling from a Convent School will be highly preferred.

Role Summary

We are looking for a smart, articulate, and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to manage targeted email campaigns, brand communication, and lead-nurturing activities. The ideal candidate must possess excellent English communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to create impactful email content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize daily email marketing campaigns for lead generation and customer engagement.
• Create high-quality email content with strong grammar, accuracy, and attention to brand tone.
• Manage email lists, segmentation, and audience targeting for improved campaign performance.
• Track open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, and other key KPIs to improve campaign outcomes.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to align messaging and follow-up strategies.
• Ensure all email marketing activities comply with industry standards and best practices.
• Run A/B tests for subject lines, content, templates, and send times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA degree is mandatory.
• Strong command of written English; convent-educated candidates are preferred for their communication proficiency.
• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing (freshers with strong communication may be considered in some cases).
• Knowledge of email marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid, Zoho Campaigns, etc.
• Ability to analyze campaign metrics and prepare performance reports.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
